Virtual Console is Singapore, London, and Mumbai-based virtual event platform. It was conceived out of a need to provide more than just a platform. The platform reflects the spirit of current times where world events and rapid digital transformation require businesses to look beyond just the usage of technology but humanized inclusive solutions.
Approach:
We took off to this new ambition by identifying insights through conducting a need gap study and assessing the brand landscape and competition study. Based on findings and with the usage of archetypes we defined a business model and communication structure that further expanded to building a brand guide, communication guide, and social media guide that can be followed to build and maintain desired brand image.
